With multiple franchises, JB & Associates is fast growing and currently seeking a Field Technician. Responsible for maintaining, organizing, coordinating, installing, and delivering supplies to managed franchises and partnership locations in a multi-state market. As a Field Technician, you will work with field operations, and vendors to ensure projects are concluded successfully. A Field Technician coordinates work efforts and quality assurance in both construction, facility maintenance and/or planning. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Ability to prioritize work projects and meet work schedules.· Must have construction or specific trade experience and facility maintenance experience.· Strong organizational and management skills; attention to details· Ability to comply with DOT and non-CDL regulations.· Manage job site cleanliness and safety.· Technical issue problem-solving· Overnight travel required.· Facility Tech will work on facility tickets ranging from paint repairs to equipment repairs and beyond, as time allows.· Coordinate equipment moves as requested including tanning equipment and exercise equipment.

Experience:

• Must be able to work independently.· Ability to operate various hand and power tools safely.· Able to lift over 50lbs if required.· Detail oriented.· Ability to manage multiple projects/multiple sites.· Able to operate telephone, PC, copier, and other basic business machines.· Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to effectively communicate with management, trades and peers to bring projects to a successful, on-time completion a must.· Basic to moderate knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous facility maintenance experience.· Retail site set up experience a plus.· Box truck driving and delivery experience.
