THIS IS A PART-TIME CONTRACT WITH LESS THAN 15 HOURS PER WEEK
** This role requires travel within Manhattan, Long Island City and Brooklyn** and requires a car or van (no motorcycles, mopeds, etc)

This role will serve as our right hand and boots-on-the-ground for all things Operational Maintenance and Client Experience. We provide our clients with amenities, service & furnishing on time, every time. We're looking for a part-time Contracted Office & Facilities Manager to lead our Client Operations in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Connect directly with multiple vendors for scheduled package delivery, pickup, installation times
- Conduct once per week walkthroughs of offices
- Touch base with our Client Success & Operations team with updates on assigned tasks
- Complete checklists/reports and submit to the Codi team
- Be on site for any 3rd party contractor arrival and departure
- Audit locations for flagged alerts and other requests from the Operations or Support team
- Rearrange, repair, shift, move, restock, remove items as requested
- Break down boxes and place in designated areas if necessary
- Pick up replenishment items (snacks, coffee, tea, sugar, restroom supplies, napkins, toiletries, company items, etc) from local storage facility/pickup location and bring to offices for restock/placement
- Obtain Office key pickup/drop off/copies
- Install/uninstall/audit lockboxes/smart locks
Requirements
- Experience in facilities management, on the ground office management, assembly, mounting & operations
- Must keep hospitality at the forefront and be committed to excellent client experience
- Ability to be scheduled for 2-3hr shifts or multiple shifts on available days
- Knowledge of installing and maintaining office equipment and amenities (monitor installation, printer maintenance, coffee machine descaling, etc)
- Highly organized with an incredible eye for detail. Can read, understand and build Standard Operating Procedures
- Minimum iPhone 11 or equivalent Android (required to use our contractor app) and the ability to take good photos and videos (landscape)
- Tech-savvy (e.g. clock-in apps, slack, google suite, forms, Monday.com, zoom & google hangout, project management tools)
- Can read basic floor plans, understands furniture symbols
- Extra points if you've worked in the hospitality or office space industry!
