Job description

Position Summary: Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete all tasks on the Facilities Issue Ticket System and Preventive Maintenance List on time or notifies management with an alternate plan.
  • Check roof, all drains clear, penetrations sealed, check for debris around exits and clear as required
  • Inspect seals on all ovens, doors, etc.
  • Check all oven functionality
  • Change oil in on pumps, as needed
  • Touch up paint throughout facility, as needed
  • Clean Walk-ins Inside and Out
  • Performs necessary skilled work in one or more areas of plumbing, heating, electrical, construction and other skill trade areas as needed
  • Follows instructions, responds to management direction
  • Displays willingness to make decisions and includes appropriate people in decision-making process
  • Exhibits sound and accurate judgment
  • Coordinates and oversees routine and preventive maintenance programs and establishes schedules of inspections for all operating equipment.
  • Coordinates and supervises outside facility contractors
  • Required participation in internal training as needed to perform the duties assigned to this role.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • US person status required due to export control
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Forklift Certified, or willing to be certified
  • Valid State Driver's License
  • 2+ years of welding experience
  • Familiar with various air Fittings and Hoses
  • Knowledge of OSHA Regulations
  • Working knowledge in the fields of carpentry, plumbing (copper and PVC), heating/air condition, and electrical
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, etc.
  • Proficient in use of hand and power tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Understanding of basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
  • Ability to read basic measurement tools such as calipers, tape measures and pressure gauges
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Share point

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Salary Range: $52,000- $72,800
