Job description
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Facilities Data and Quality Program Manager supports Construction Services, Facilities Maintenance, Plant Operations, Planning and Design, and Safety Management. This position is responsible for the effective use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System(s), Asset Management System(s), and Quality Management of the infrastructure’s equipment, systems, processes, and procedures. Assists in preparation of the annual capital infrastructure requests and annual preventative maintenance budgets. Provides quality management, work order, and preventative maintenance reporting as required by management. Responsible for the upkeep of the Quality Management Program and Facilities asset inventory. Supports supervisors and management with equipment inventory, tagging structure, preventative maintenance structure and tasking, corrective work request structuring, PM logistic support, reporting on delinquency and back log of work orders, report production, and coordination. Assembles, analyzes, summarizes, and makes recommendations for management and executive reports related to quality management and facilities data. Provides CMMS training for new employees and existing employees as needed. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Healthcare Facilities type office environment. Interacts with internal and external team members, vendors, consultants, tradesmen, and contractors. Physical demands include indoor and outdoor work environments with prolonged walking, standing, bending, and reaching in all areas of the hospital.
This position has been evaluated as a Level 3 in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) definition of occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens.
Level III Positions in this category require the performance of tasks which do not involve exposure to blood and potentially infectious body fluids.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or closely related field with five (5) years’ experience in data analytics and/or quality management, with three (3) years in healthcare, OR ten (10) years’ experience in data analytics and/or quality management, with five (5) years in healthcare.
Experience: Capable of performing statistical analysis on departmental data. Knowledgeable of facilities data integrity related to quality management, preventative maintenance, corrective work orders, testing records supplied by contractors and, asset inventories including condition/useful life. Detail oriented, organized, and can multi-task and prioritize tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in fast paced environment, under time constraints. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents. Ability to assist with testing strategies, conditions, and evaluation of expected results
