Als Empties Manager DACH (w/m/d/x) übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die administrative und operative Abwicklung des Leergutaustauschs zwischen unseren Lieferanten und HelloFresh an unserem neuen Produktionsstandort in Barleben. Dabei hältst Du die wichtige Aufgabe der internen sowie externen Schnittstellenkommunikation bezüglich der Leergut-Logistikprozesse inne. Zusammen im Team entwickelst Du darüber hinaus die strategische Planung und Optimierung des Entsorgungskonzeptes weiter und bist in deiner Funktion ein entscheidender Teil unserer Mission "We want to change the way people eat, forever!".
Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Du übernimmst die strategische Planung & Optimierung des Entsorgungskonzeptes am Standort
- Du überwachst unsere Leergutprozesse sowie das Palettenkonto
- Du prüfst weiterhin die Palettenscheine und stimmst Dich mit den Leergutlieferanten ab
- Du reportest Leergutkennzahlen
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder ähnliche Qualifikation
- Du konntest bereits mehrere Jahre an Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Logistik sammeln
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch ist ein Plus
- Du arbeitest eigenständig & flexibel
- Leergutprozesserfahrungen sind von Vorteil
