Fabricator/Welder

Morrow-Meadows Corporation is accepting applications for a motivated, experienced individual to join our company as a Full-Time Professional Fabricator/ Welder.

This individual will be required to think outside of the box to tackle challenging projects to meet tight deadlines.

As part of our selection process the candidate will be required to perform some basic tests for us to review and discuss prior to being hired.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient at welding different alloys and fabricating metallic assemblies and cutting or grinding as required to deliver a clean professional looking product
• Proficient at reading basic installation blueprints
• Determines correct measurements
• Develop a standard for installation methods to generate builds in a manufacturing setting
• Produce industry acceptable, clean welds in different alloys
• Test quality to ensure strength and tolerance of welds in different alloys
• Show proficiency in grinding, sanding, cleaning and prepping different products related to the daily activities of this position

Requirements:

• Well organized with ordering and delivery procedures to meet job performance deadlines
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as it relates to this position
• Strong communication skills across all departments as required daily
• Ability to stand, crouch, bend and perform all necessary functions of the position including lifting heavy equipment and materials regularly
• Acceptable driving record per company driving policy for delivery and procurement of materials
