JOB TITLE: F-15 Montage Technician / Video Editor

SUMMARY:

DAWSON is looking for the next Montage Technician for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 Supply Services contract, located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position will produce audio/video programs and short films to support RSAF requirements, using all types of hardware and software. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.

Location: This position is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage and applying artistic editing techniques.
• Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Extensive experience with digital technology and editing software packages.
• Demonstrable video editing ability.
• Knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
• Expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques.
• Ability to visualize directorial concepts.
• Ability to work according to a strict time schedule while meeting deadlines.
• Creative mind and skills
