JOB TITLE: F-15 Logistical Support Manager
SUMMARY:
DAWSON is looking for the next Logistical Support Manager for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 Supply Services contract, located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This candidate will plan and organize procurement efforts for F-15 aircraft supply support activities and provide liaison support to the RSAF Directors of Supply and Depot. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.
Location: This position is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and organize procurement efforts for F-15 aircraft supply support activities and provide liaison support to the RSAF Directors of Supply and Depot, using the current data base, RSAF Base Supply Policy, RSAFM 67-1
- This position will coordinate with the Material Control Manager to prevent anticipated or actual supply or financial shortfalls that may affect operational readiness.

- Prepare and monitor performance measurements to include Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) incidents, material transportation time, and Bench Stock Issue effectiveness.
- Position requires a skilled Logistics Specialist with the ability to perform multiple formats of logistics supply chain management to include military supply codes and civilian transport.
- Accurate Logistical Planning
- Compiling reports on all current and near future logistical processes.
- Identifies trends and logistics/supply support deficiencies and makes recommendations to improve logistics/supply supportability as appropriate.
- Support the coordination of all logistics elements (including but not limited to spares, SE, training, facilities, technical data, and provisioning) to ensure all integrated logistics support requirements for the program are identified and tailored to the F-15 Division's needs. Assigned personnel shall perform as key participant(s) in developing long term weapon system supportability approaches that further Government acquisition strategy goals and objectives.
- Perform analyses of sustainment or related Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues and recommend suitable replacements. Thorough knowledge of the AFMC depot Source of Repair Assignment (SORA) process and use of the related database templates, coordination cycle with the AFLCMC assignment, and participation in the business case analysis supporting documents.
- Provide support to accomplish the generation and review of logistics support documentation that includes, but not limited to, Integrated Logistics Support Plans, LCSPs, Technical Orders (TOs), Country Standard TOs, Technical Manuals (TMs), Electronic Technical Manuals (ETMs), Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs), and work specifications to ensure the documentation meets Government logistics support requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business related subject and/or 6 years aviation logistical support experience performing complex logistics work to include assisting in the planning, coordinating, and integrating the overall logistics / supply support requirements of all organic aviation systems and assets and a proven track record.
- Experience conducting studies and analysis or logistics.
- Requires experience in related military logistics / supply support systems is required.
- Experience in developing plans, studies and analysis, conducting briefings and training is desired.
- Previous experience with US logistics/supply support to foreign nations in an overseas environment is also desired.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Solid grasp on organizing data and documents.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently completing, multiple and often competing tasks.
- Provide the technical expertise to ensure the Aircraft Logistics Supply System provides current technology, immediate support, and sound automation practices based on the users requirements.
- Military background and knowledge of Air Force Maintenance Logistics Systems is mandatory. Experience at Major Air Command level or Air Logistics Center in the F-15 Logistics management of maintenance systems is highly desired.
- Management skills necessary to plan and schedule assigned resources to ensure the meeting of operational requirements.
