Sloane Toyota of Glenside is looking for an Express Lane Service Advisor to add to our team.

As an Express Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers so a positive attitude is required. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Express Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities • Greet customers at our service desk• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. • Writing and invoicing repair orders • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled • Advising customers on any needed repair/maintenance work to their vehicle while keeping the customer's best interests in mind.

Qualifications

• The right candidate will have a positive attitude with an upbeat personality, willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our customers.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus

Requirements Automotive knowledge or dealership experience preferred • Organized and friendly personality • Can work in a fast paced environment • Time management skills • Fantastic communication skills with your customers • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. • Clean driving record • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
