RemX is proud to represent organization in Doral seeking for a Export Traffic Coordinator.
Responsibilities for Export Traffic Coordinator include:
- Timely preparation of all required documentation (Letter of credit, Ocean Bill of Lading, AWB, SED Service Report Log, etc) for export functions.
- Ensure that export process is in compliance with company and industry quality assurance standards
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, Steam Ship Lines and Air Lines for Shipments
- Customer Service Oriented
- The ability to work on a team and leadership
- FCL Export Experience (reefers a plus)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST

Export Traffic Coordinator Skills:
- Highly motivated, flexible, organized with a focus on successfully accomplishing the requirements of the job.
- Must work well individually and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize regularly.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing across all levels of the organization and with external vendors and suppliers.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST
