Job description

• Manage all Direct Care Worker Staff assigned to the home including, Individual Plan of Service (IPOS), dispensing medications, dietary needs, documenting incidents, consumer progress notes, and all health and safety standards to safeguard quality and compliance;
• Monitor and understand all conditions of the people served for a safe and functioning home;
• Maintain fiscal responsibility of the home such as, oversee funds of person served, grocery shopping, manage employee's time to minimize overtime, etc.
• Maintain resident's schedules and weekly appointments;
• Act as liaison to all agencies involved in services for persons served;
• Set and manage staff schedules for proper coverage; Maintain time sheets;
• Conduct all in-service training and ensure staff is trained as needed;
• Maintain positive contact with family/guardians of person served;
• Conduct staff meetings;
• Maintain all required documents and adhere to compliance;
• Adhere to all agency rules, regulations and standards;
• Transport persons served as required;
• Maintain availability for on-call duties (24 hours/7 days per week);
• Follow all policies and procedures including all health and safety regulations;
• Other duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
