Responsibilities
- Must provide excellent service to our customers
- Service all makes of Class 8 semi-trucks and trailers
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections and document any needed repairs
- Complete repairs properly and timely
- Inspect quality of work performed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with Service Writers/Parts Counter Advisors in a friendly and professional manner
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, work safely, and as part of a team
Requirements
- Work well with a team to provide excellent customer service and promote a positive work environment
- Possess tools to properly perform repairs within our scope of service
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
- Have reliable transportation to work
- Background check - physical - pre-employment and random drug testing
- 2+ years of experience required to be eligible for sign-on bonus
