DESIGN BUILD FIRM SEEKING TALENTED CARPENTER with 10+ YRS EXPERIENCE
Located in Walnut Creek, MSK Design Build is an exceptional company- winner of 28 design and build awards, including Contractor of The Year! We're in the process of expanding our construction team, and we are presently looking for an experienced carpenter. Are you a talented, reliable and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of ten years experience in the trades? If so, read on!

Strong communication skills - with clients, sub-trades and co-workers
Ability to read and understand plans
Wood Framing
Finish Carpentry
Cabinetry Installation
Doors and Windows
Flooring
Siding and Exterior Trim
Interior Trim, Baseboards, Casing and Molding
Basic Electrical
Plumbing water, waste and gas
Appliance Installation
Staircases
REQUIREMENTS:
- speak, read and write English
- valid CA driver's license, own your own vehicle
- pass a background check
- own hand and power tools commensurate with your experience
- provide references from previous happy employers
The position reports to the Project Manager, working full-time Monday through Friday. We are seeking a strong, dependable and organized worker with a can do attitude. Written and spoken English skills a must as well as your own tools and transportation.We are a great company to work for - we find the best workers and keep them long-term. We are looking for someone who is bright and motivated, who would like to be part of a great team, and has the ability to work independently.

COMPENSATION
The job pays hourly, and pay will be determined by your level of skill and experience. Benefits include six paid holidays per year, $250 per month towards an MSK sponsored health plan, and paid time off ( PTO).
