Office Administrator/Executive Secretary/Personal Assistance

We are seeking an experienced executive secretary/personal assistant to work alongside a busy honey farm company and become an important part of our company’s operation. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, help maintain long term relationships for the company, handle multiple day-to-day activities/errands for owner of the company, and handle more urgent requirements. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role.

About the job:

Responsibilities include:

  • Be willing to manage both business and personal projects for company and owner
  • Have strong communication skills to help communicate with different personalities within company’s day-to-day activities
  • Managing payrolls for all employees in the company with QuickBooks
  • Managing and facilitating emails and phone calls for business and personal (owner) matters.
  • Be willing to assistant owner of company with personal matters, such as running personal errands
  • Willing to assist with warehouse errands when necessary.
  • Communication with long-standing customers.
  • Manage credit card transactions and receipts throughout the company
  • Become familiar with all department functions within the company to communicate on them effectively and accurately
  • Must operate well in a team environment as well as perform job duties with little to no supervision
  • Superior attention to detail is a must

About you:

Candidates are encouraged to apply if they have 1+ years of Executive or Personal Assistant and/or Payroll experience. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Self-motivated, proactive, open-minded, creative, confident, and forward-thinking
  • Confident personality and capable of being persistent when necessary
  • Very important to have advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, QuickBooks, etc.
  • Extremely detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Uphold strict level of confidentiality with all company and personal information
  • Excellent understanding of English, both written and verbal required. Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
  • Class-C license required with a clean record.
  • Required follicle and urine drug screen and background check.

Job Type: Full-time and year round

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Compensation depending on experience
