Job brief
- The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aide the CEO in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great management skills and be able to act without guidance. Human resource knowledge and relevant work experience is prefered.
Responsibilities
*Assists CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks
*Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
*Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and resolve issues.
*Must have strong writing and review skills
*Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
*Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
*Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
*Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, repo
*Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
*Maintain and update human resource documents, such as employee handbooks, directories, or performance evaluation forms.
*Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
*Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
Requirements and skills
*Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
*Excellent MS Office knowledge
*Outstanding organizational and time management skills, creative and willing to take work independently
*Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g.e-calendars and copy machines)
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills
*Discretion and confidentiality
*Willing to work in a competitive environment
*Ability to commute/travel
*Able to drive
*Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Location
*AA degree or above
