Interiors by Steven G is a premier high-end interior design firm located in South Florida. With over 35 years of experience, our award-winning design team specializes in creating luxurious and timeless spaces that exceed our clients' expectations. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between CEO, staff and clients.
  • Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees; designers, assistants, architects, marketing, accounting, and warehouse as well as clients, vendors and subcontractors.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and screen phone calls in addition to recording meeting minutes.
  • Create and maintain files, records, and reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to be resourceful and work independently.
  • Must be an innovative thinker and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent follow up skills.
  • Ability to use discretion on matters of significant importance.
