Responsibilities of an Estimator:
Accurately estimate plan/spec and design/build HVAC systems using computer estimating systems and other related software.
Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects.
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
- Perform site surveys and attend pre-bid walkthroughs.
Executive assistant tasks as necessary
Qualifications of a Estimator:

Multi tasking capabilities -
Computer saavy and quick
Understands HVAC preferrable-
Ability to read plans -
A high school diploma or GED equivalent. -
Valid driver’s license -
