We are searching for a resourceful Move Consultant (Estimator/Sales) to join our team of H.U.N.K.S.

COLLEGE HUNKS is looking for a strong outside sales candidate to join our quickly growing team. The outside sales position is responsible for growing sales by taking hot leads and scheduling onsite consultations to book local moves. Once training is complete, you will be performing onsite sales visits.

The outside sales position at COLLEGE HUNKS is also responsible for networking with local businesses and apartment complexes to help grow leads and partnerships. Compensation for this position is a base rate plus unlimited commission.

Benefits

• Competitive earning potential which includes $15,000-$25,000 base salary plus performance bonus
• Bonus potential from $10,000-$25,000 per year
• Compensation: Earning potential of base plus bonus = $35,000 to $50,000

Qualifications

Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. In this role, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• A minimum of one year of business, management, sales or other relevant experience
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
• Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
• Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the COLLEGE HUNKS HAULING JUNK & MOVING® core values
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others
• Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• The Move Consultant for College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving is responsible for assisting clients by estimating and booking local and long distance moves as well as assisting with their junk removal needs
• This position is responsible for growing sales by taking hot leads and scheduling onsite consultations
• Follow up on leads, customer referrals and welcome calls
• You will identify their needs and explain how our stress-free service can help them
• Establish value and price appropriately so client understands the value they received for the price they were charged
• Once training is complete, you will be performing onsite sales visits
• Provide professional and accurate move consultations
• Follow up with the client until they have scheduled our services
• Recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability or client
• Assist in the achievement of financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales and minimizing expenses
• Collaborate with Franchise Partners to increase residential and commercial move revenue and develop strategic relationships with potential and existing clients
• Maintain thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of COLLEGE HUNKS MOVING® and effectively oppose any client objections

Pay: $27,040.00 - $50,000.00 per year
