We are an independent escrow company seeking an experienced Escrow Sales Manager. This is a part-time position at approximately 20 hours per week. A background check is required.

Job Duties:

• Establish and maintain new residential resale escrow business.
• Maintain current client relationships.
• Create marketing materials.
• Presentations in front of small real estate agent groups.

Requirements:

• Experienced in selling residential resale escrow services.
• Able to meet monthly sales goals.
• Comfortable with meeting new real estate agents.
• Comfortable with presentations in front of small real estate agent groups.
• Strong work ethics and be a team player.
• Traveling within the King, Pierce and Snohomish County areas.
• Must have work experience within the escrow, title insurance, mortgage and/or real estate sales industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
