Job description
Responsibilities:

Lead daily workflow tasks; delegate and assign tasks to employees

Make decisions based on established processes and procedures
-
Partner with Vendor Coordinator on any vendor issues or questions
-
Address inquiries and complaints from local operations and clients
-
Provide localized supervision of regional processing team
-
Key point of contact for local business leaders for issue escalations and providing updates on workflow processes, policy changes, etc.

Supervise processing team on day to day production, provide training and partner with Processing Manager on recruitment, development and performance management of team members.
Requirements:
-
Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry.

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/people management experience.

Interpersonal influencing and relationship building.
-
Strong ability to analyze, practice good judgment and decision making.
-
Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn new technical applications.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Must be available to work during core business hours and have the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
