We are seeking a talented individual to serve as an Escrow Asssitant at this specific location. In addition, this person would physically sit at the front desk of this location and be tasked with performing standard reception tasks such as greeting clients, fielding and distributing phone calls, and handling incoming and outgoing packages.

As an Escrow Assistant, this person will be trained to perform tasks that will provide support for our Escrow staff. The majority of these tasks are performed on a computer, and include such things as data entry, requesting information from third parties, records filing, records distribution, and email processing.

An ideal candidate is someone who genuinely likes interacting with people, excels at multitasking, and is proficient in using/navigating a computer. Experience is welcomed however it is not necessary. Our softwares, policies, and procedures are all proprietary so we are prepared to provide training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
