We are looking for an Equipment Maintenance Manager to be a partner in owning all things equipment. Youll be working with like-minded peers to ensure that every location has the equipment and resources to provide a great experience to every guest.

What youll do:

• Visit sites to perform inspections on a regular basis
• Complete preventive maintenance to wash equipment

• Train General Manager and Assistant General Manager on weekly and monthly maintenance
• Put together a schedule maintenance to follow
• Perform equipment repairs, replace motors, bearings, air cylinders, reclaim pump, spot free unit etc.
• Assist with new wash openings dialing in equipment and chemistry
• Assist with all Micrologic conversions

What youll need:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role

• Possess and maintain a valid drivers license
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, perform repetitive motions, see variations in color, and climb and work from ladders
