Environmental Tech / Laundry Attendant /Job Description / Job Requirements:
- Position pays $15.00 to $16.00 per hour/ full time day shift & eve shift available in Kendall & Key Largo
- Must speak English, must have Janitorial or Housekeeping / Cleaning Crew experience or Laundry.
- Must pass background test and drug test, must work full time including working on weekends.
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
- Disinfect emergency rooms and clean body fluids.
- Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment and tools.
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
- Clean and maintain restrooms.
- Washing and clean windows and mirrors.
- Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions.
- Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment.
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
- Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemical.
