JOIN OUR TEAM

The Entry Level Quality Control Inspector in our CNC machine shop, who reports to our Quality Manager, performs visual cosmetic and basic dimensional inspection and documentation verification of machined parts in a fast-paced, very busy environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Entry Level position - 1+ years experience preferred
• Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination to handle and detect critical cosmetic discrepancies on machined parts

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

• Ensure required inspections are performed accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform 100% visual inspection to critical cosmetic criteria on machined parts
• Receive training to perform first article, in process and final inspection processes using surface plate, height gage, calipers, micrometers, optical comparator, gauging, and CMM
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

7a.m. to 3:30p.m. Monday through Friday. Work is performed either in a temperature controlled room or a production and warehouse environment which is usually noisy, as machines are normally operating at the same time. Warehouse temperatures may vary with the seasons.
