- Review pipeline to determine and coordinate date for installation with customer and
- Scheduling installations and confirming with customer and installation teams.
- Provide professional and courteous communication to homeowners regarding installation
- Date entry; update accurate date fields and project information relating to installations in
- Work with Planning department on GM and subcontractor needs
- Updating the scheduling system to reflect scheduled jobs, and provide project details for
- Follow the project to ensure completion and provide accurate dispositioning for each
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a
- Strive to meet monthly installation goals.
- Organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving
- Confident and comfortable with heavy phone interaction with customers
- Flexible schedule that allows for some evenings and weekend availability
- Ability to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds.
