We are looking for an Enrollment Specialist/Admin for Direct Hire opportunity in San Ysidro, CA. (San Diego Area)
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Location: Primary office will be Vista and training at the corporate office for 2 months in San Ysidro
PAY RATES: Mileage is included for this position as well as a generous comp plan.

Job Details:
Candidates must be willing to commute to appointments all over San Diego County and Vista area to meet with patients to enroll in program.
Enrollment Specialists will have quotas to meet per enrollment.
Position is sales related and administrative for each enrollment completed.
Must be KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICARE/MEDICAL

Job Requirements:
Education required: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Education Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a health or human service field.
Experience Preferred: A minimum of one year working in community health, senior health, marketing, or enrollment for a public health, social service organization or health plan. One year of MediCal, Medicare, managed health careeligibility or senior related sales. Working with the frail or elderly population is a plus.
Certifications/Licenses: CA driver’s license with appropriate automobile insurance required.
Must take and pass the State of California DHCS PACE and Medi-Cal Marketing Certification exam within 60 days of hire.
Position Summary: The PACE Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the initial screening and coordination of new participants to the San Diego PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. He/She is also responsible for working with the PACE Marketing Manager to implement the program’s intake, enrollment, outreach and marketing activities.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
