Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible supporting enrollment activities for the department including but not limited to: Provides for smooth day-to-day flow of communications across the department while managing, triaging, and responding to the main department email account. Maintains enrolled student records and processes changes.

  • Processes requests (transcripts, degree verifications, letters, etc.) directly or via third party vendors.

  • Updates student information and statuses in HGSEs student information system.

  • Supports and contributes to completing requests from the department ticketing system (Salesforce).

  • Creates and manages all billing files including adjustments and liaises with student accounts office regarding students statuses and billing.

  • Maintains operating calendar for the department.

  • Updates department website, both internal and external.

  • Supports orientation and commencement activities.

  • Performs additional office duties, as needed.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.

  • Overtime may be required during peak periods, including working nights and weekends on occasion.

Additional Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelors degree preferred; Excellent organizational skills with particular ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple and conflicting interests; Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; Demonstrated ability to work effectively both in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision; Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion; Strong background using Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Access and Outlook); Commitment to high standard of customer service; Creative problem solving ability.

  • Experience using student information systems, preferably PeopleSoft; Experience using relational databases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the General Manager of Sebastian’s Performs a variety of administrative support duties for the catering operation.

  • Strong telephone skills a must, (large volume of calls with many customers-internal & external customer interactions).

  • Takes orders over telephone, email, and fax

  • Responsible for event ordering, Catermate process

  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of all Catering billing including coordinating with IT and Accounting.

  • Interface with clients via phone, e-mail-Monitor the Catering email box.

  • Heavy computer inputting of event orders into CaterMate event managing system.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong focus on customer service/ delivery

  • May compose, proofread, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other materials using word processing, spreadsheets and/or databases.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
