Middle School English Teacher, 2023-24

Oakland Unity Middle School is now seeking a qualified English teacher to join our team for 23-24 School Year

• are eager to innovate, try new things, and reimagine what a classroom can look like for the 21st Century.

Qualifications: Valid California teaching credential or eligibility for an intern teaching credential. Proficiency in technology is a must.

Compensation:

• Salary: $50-$70,000 plus 100% Health, Vision, and Dental for Self and Dependents
• Opportunities to earn additional compensation for leadership roles and responsibilities as assigned by the principal.

Additional Benefits: Reimbursement for up to $2,000 moving/travel expenses, retirement system through the California State Teachers Retirement System (CALSTRS) if credentialed + the option of 403B enrollment + 3% matched 457(b) retirement saving contribution after three years of employment, Flexible Health Spending Account
