DBL is currently seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney in our Vienna, Virginia office.

Responsibilities

• Draft employment contracts, policies, handbooks and separation agreements
• Counsel clients proactively on compliance with employment laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA and related state and local laws.
• Employment litigation, including drafting, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and trials.
• Extensive client communication

Qualifications

• 3 plus years relevant experience in Labor and Employment Law.
• Management Side Employment Law experience preferred.
• Detailed understanding of federal, state & local employment laws.
• Corporate law experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• MUST be admitted to the VA Bar. MD and/or DC bar admission a plus.
