Your Main Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the People and Organisation team, and support our work for increasing brand awareness and employer branding activities
- You will strategically position Trendyol as an employer of choice through targeted content distribution on both organic and paid channels (ads, social media, digital etc.)
- You will analyze brand status and propose strategic actions to improve Trendyol’s positive employer image
- You will partner with other departments in order to plan and execute our employer branding campaigns
- You will enrich our career page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee stories
- You will support our employer branding efforts by helping to organize and execute recruitment events and communicating with internal and external partners to build interest in Trendyol
- You will produce reports to monitor the results of external employer branding activities across multiple channels
Qualities We Are Looking For
- You have some professional experience in employer branding/recruitment marketing, social media or content marketing
- You ideally have some experience in recruiting and talent management
- You have deep interested in supporting the People team with employer branding activities
- You’re a passionate storyteller and know all tactics on how to inspire and engage our future employees
- You love social media and have a very good understanding on latest social media trends on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- You have a high degree of proactiveness, diligence, and a get-stuff-done mentality
