Job Description


The Employee Experience Administrator will be responsible for all people related processes and programs including payroll, benefits, culture and engagement events, employee communication, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations and recruiting assistance in the Sedalia facility.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Duties include partnering with HR Manager and Regional HR team to provide input to WireCo’s engagement strategy and supporting the strategy through the coordination, communication and tactical delivery of engagement activities including but not limited to:
    • Coordination of all new hire/onboarding activities including company merchandise
    • New hire “buddy” pairing program
    • Coordination of onsite learning programs
    • Planning and coordination of onsite or off-site engagement events tied to the WireCo engagement strategy
    • Oversight for local employee recognition programs
    • Documents associate engagement activities for internal communications
    • Contributes content to company intranet and other internal communications channels
    • Proactively manages the communication for week-to-week engagement activities
    • Supports ad-hoc and analytical assignments as needed
    • Annual engagement survey support
    • Onboarding and offboarding tasks
    • Maintain confidentiality of payroll details, reviews payroll and makes necessary adjustments with corporate payroll team.
    • Must be able to interpret and administer organizational human resources policies and programs
    • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA
    • Assists managers in the application of HR programs to departmental operations
    • Answers employee/candidate questions about HR policies and offerings
    • Completes personnel transactions and maintains employee files or records for the location
    • Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
    • Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter
    • May provide coaching, and/or mentoring to an individual or a group of employees

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
