Role: Electrical Engineer

On-Site: Addison, Texas

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000+ depending on experience

Recruiting Heroes is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer for a full-time position with our client in Addison, Texas. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and components. Candidates must have strong capabilities with designing and repairing power supplies. You will work closely with other engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems and components using software tools and simulation software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and estimate costs of electrical systems and components.
• Test and evaluate the performance of electrical systems and components.
• Analyze and interpret data to solve complex problems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in electrical design software tools and simulation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred.
