Job description
- Provide help support functions for all products used to connect professional customers to O'Reilly
- Register new customers for all O'Reilly professional electronic ordering platforms
- Diagnose customer issues with operating systems, browsers and firewalls to restore electronic ordering to O'Reilly
- Assist customers and field team members with registering customers
- Work with I.S. and Telecom Departments to resolve/troubleshoot communication issues
- Working knowledge of PC's, operating systems, and Internet Explorer
- Excellent communication and public relation skills
- Prior experience in a customer service/retail sales oriented position Basic networking skills
- Intermediate computer skills
