Summary
The ideal candidate will assist the Director and Assistant Director with teacher training, partnership plans with children displaying behaviors. DRDP's and curriculum. Implement Conscious Discipline and Reggio Emilia Philosophies. Willing to train the right candidate.
Duties
Curriculum
DRDP's
Implement teacher training including but not limited to classroom management, primary groups, behaviors and parent relationships.
Requirements
Must have at least an Associates in ECE or related field.
Must have 2 plus years as an Assistant Director or Director
Knowledge of Conscious Discipline and Reggio Emilia a plus
Must have some SEL training
Must be reliable and flexible.
