A leading Security Integration Company is seeking a bookkeeper for a fast paced, dynamic role within the business.
*Please note: This is not a traditional bookkeeping position.
In addition to regular bookkeeping duties, the candidate will have communication with the various departments within the company, and is responsible for:
_- revenue reporting
- account maintenance
- AR collection
- exposure to sales
- procurement, projects, billing
- shipping
- office/admin tasks_
The candidate should:
- have at least 5 years experience in a bookkeeping position
- have at least 3 years Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise experience
- be highly organized
- be detail-oriented and a self-starter
- feel comfortable working under pressure; deadlines and adjusting time commitments accordingly
- have strong communication skills
