Job description
McCar Trucking is looking for Drivers to operate out of our North Yard in Hutto, TX.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
- Responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspection
- Ability to operate commercial vehicle safely
- Abide by all DOT regulations
- Accurately process all paperwork daily
- Responsible for communicating with dispatcher at all times
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible for all driver duties outlined by the dispatcher
Must have valid Commercial Class B
Must have 2 years verifiable driving experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Sits, stands, stoops, lifts heavy material, bends, pushes, pulls and walks short distances during the work day
Abundance of overtime at time & a half
Typical week is 70 hours
New, well maintained equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
