We are looking for our San Carlos location a Driver & Operations Associate

Key responsibilities: The Driver & Operation Associate will support our San Carlos site and our two Boutiques in Mountain View & Burlingame. He/She will be responsible to ensure smooth, high quality operations activities at each site & between the two sites, service to support our Pastry teams & front of the house teams. The Driver & Operation Associate will also assist in maintenance & cleaning aspect remains as well importantly to help manage all non food inventories. He/She reports directly to Maison Alyzee's Pastry Chef. Shift typically will start at 6:00 am from San Carlos (Driving license required).

• Ensure transportation using Maison Alyzee van between our two locations ensuring safe & smooth transport of our cakes & other pastries & breads
• Execute swiftly with the highest quality standard all operations required to operation all logistics operations.
• Support the management & control of our non food inventories
• Assist the Pastry Chefs team in maintenance & light dish washing
• Propose initiatives to improve our processes or any aspects of the business
• Collaborates closely with Stores Retail members & Pastry/Bakery production team to ensure smooth logistics & operations.
• Maintains a high degree of personal integrity and inspires a team with the same values
• Resolve and address any incidents with a sense of responsibility & accountability
• Propose areas of improvements
• Maintains a clean and sanitary food service according to Department of Health standards
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

Job Requirements

• Ability to start early in the day : 06:00 am including working weekends and holidays
• Driving skills with the highest level of care and attention for your self and other.
• Manage all logistics operations of Maison Alyzee
• Lead the function, develop new ideas
• Evaluates and reacts to performance issues fairly and consistently in accordance with our expected practices
• Actively establishes open, candid and trusting professional relationships with their team members
• Maintains a high degree of personal integrity and inspires a team with the same values
• Ability to support all maintenance & cleaning aspects on down time
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. (Required)

Qualifications

• a min. of 1 to 2 years experience in the similar field is highly preferable
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage and inspire
• Outstanding time management stills
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word. Excel Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
• CA Driving license

Compensation: will be based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.76 - $21.44 per hour
