Job description
- Driving the Owner/CEO and members of the CEO team around.
- When not transporting team members, will help with running errands for the office, executive team or CEO family members.
- Work can be subject to odd hours, depending on the CEO travel schedule - this might not be the typical 8 – 5, Monday – Friday position.
- Taking care of the vehicle and keeping it clean, fully fueled and serviced.
- Helping with items around the office as needed by the executive team and office manager.
- Dress and prepare for every day like we want to put a $100,000 + car in your care.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Safe and alert driving to CEO and executive team members.
- Respectful, five-star customer service.
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- MUST wear black suit, black shoes, black tie, white shirt.
- MUST have clean-cut, neat, professional appearance.
- Positive, professional attitude.
- Effective communicator with comfort texting, calling and emailing.
- Hours vary daily and include AM/PM, weekends and holidays.
- Maintaining safety of all passengers.
- Provide a level of impeccable service.
- Driving executives to and from airports and other destinations points.
- Securing and maintaining the vehicle in an immaculate condition.
- Able to lift, push, pull 75lbs or less.
- Complete discretion and absolute ethical professionalism.
- MUST be punctual.
- Must be always confidential.
- When not driving, to assist with office errands and pick-up / deliveries.
About You:
- Former police officer or military member preferred.
- Must be over 25 years for insurance purposes.
- A valid driver's license with clean driving record: background checks and drug screenings will be conducted for candidates under serious consideration.
- Reliable and responsible.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Focus on excellent customer service.
- Must comply with company's drug-testing and background screening program.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Flexibility with scheduling which include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Good sense of direction and able to navigate and read a GPS.
- Must be flexible, extremely polite, professional, courteous, patient, and punctual.
- Training in First Aid is a plus.
- No restrictions on global travel, including vaccination status.
- Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Great hygiene and customer service skills are appreciated as you will be face to face with important clients.
- Must be responsible and a self-starter.
