This position is associated with Encompass' partnership with the Green Bay Area Public School District and follows the district's, as well as Encompass' guidelines. This position will start in August 2023 or immediately for the right candidate.

Encompass Teachers plan and implement a curriculum that is focused on play and children's interests. With the support and direction of our Center Directors and a Co-Teacher, you will receive ongoing employee training, program support, and professional development opportunities. Our Teachers provide the very best in early education and care for our children, showing them how to learn through play and having fun.

The ideal 4K Teacher has:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education required
• Current (or pending) Wisconsin DPI Teaching License designating Pre-K or K required or ability to obtain (Stipulations Licenses considered)
• A desire to provide the very best early education and child care for children
