M2W Inc.seeking a Logistics Manager/Coach & 3 Brand Ambassadors to assist with a 2500-3000-home door tagging project for retail store in Bellevue, WA.

PROGRAM:

A well-known Pet Store will be introducing more services to the Bellevue Pet Lovers Community the third week in April.

STAFFING CRITERIA: 1 Logistics Manager & 3 Brand Ambassadors.

· Must be able to walk for 4-5 hours, every day for 4-5 days, breaks provided.

· Must be comfortable working in cooler, sometimes moist weather.

· Outgoing and personable and PLUS if dog/cat/reptile/fish lover– while this is door tagging, people will see your tags and ask questions---super fun topic!

· Outdoor enthusiasts a plus and a must cuz of that “walking” thing.

· Must be available for all days/4-5 hours a day (we may not work Sunday) from Tuesday, April 18th through the 23rd, although all days may not be necessary. Schedule is somewhat flexible but that will depend on your Logistics/Coach Manager. Project may possibly start on Monday 4.17, if tags ship early.

· VERY IMPORTANT– our app is very robust and will only run on a 5G phone, please do not apply unless you have a 5G phone.

STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Logistics/Coach Manager will oversee the team, use own personal car to drop off taggers according to GPS maps provided to each tagger daily. Manager is responsible for giving breaks, coaching, and monitoring teams progress throughout the day as well as managing any issues that arise. This position is accountable for the entire programs progress and results. This position also pays $30 an hour, tagger positions pay $25 per hour.

· On-site activation (the taggers)– go door to door as quickly and efficiently as possible either placing a door tag on the door, or in the door jam, or behind a screen door. Engaging with the neighborhood and even passing a few door tags out to passersby.

· Our application measures your velocity and a few photos to send to client for real-time pics throughout the day will be required.

DATES/TIMES/LOCATION:

· You will be paid for a minimum of 15 hours/630-800 doors over a 3-4 day period with Logistics Manager receiving an additional 3 hours to learn our door-tagging application and teach the application to the tagging team. We will hold a group meeting on the evening before the project kicks off (so PM of Sunday 4.16 or Monday 4.17).

· Tagging will begin each day from a central meeting place. Your manager will determine that location based on where the tags are to be placed for that day. You will leave your vehicle in a retail parking lot for each day of tagging.

· Should the central meeting place be more than 5 miles from the 98006 location, then anything past 5 miles will be reimbursed at .50 per mile.

ATTIRE: This is an outside event, PLEASE DRESS WARM – rain jacket, etc. Be ready to “peel” layers as you are constantly moving.

COMPENSATION:

Logistics/Coach/Manager - $30 per hour-18-hour minimum/managing 3 door taggers to maintain tagging velocity over course of program and daily reporting.

BAs: $25/hr. -15 hour minimum/630 – 800 doors
