Dog Walker/Pet Sitter (Metuchen/Edison/Woodbridge/Highland Park)

Paws First, LLC. Professional Pet Sitting and Dog Walking service is searching for additional pet lovers to join our premier pet care service in Metuchen/Edison/Woodbridge/Highland Park, New Jersey. We provide daily dog walks and in client's home Pet Sitting for vacation care.

This is a part time contract work and is supplemental income so you must have other means to support yourself besides this. We only provide individual dog walks to our clients in their neighborhoods; we do not provide group dog walks with lots of other dogs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Midday dog walker- visit and walk dogs during the day. Approx 10am - 3pm weekdays.

Morning, evening & weekend Pet Sitters -- To cover vacation care requests as needed. must be available during 7-9 am, 5pm, 8-10 pm. Jobs are generally shared so every shift is not needed.

1) Able to commute to 2-3 times a day to our clients homes in Highland Park, Metuchen, Edison or Woodbrdige, NJ.
2) Be legal to work in the United States, must have a social security number or business tax id..
3) Be physically fit (i.e walking, running, playing with dogs or getting on the floor to play with cats)
4) At least 18 years old
5) Willing to commit to the position for at least 1 year
6) Have your own reliable Automobile.
7) Be willing to submit to a background check .
8) Have internet access, computer
9) Have a personal Smart phone
10) Enjoy being outside and weather resilient! (dogs like to be walked in the rain and snow !)
11) Be flexible in terms of scheduling & have consistent availability.
