Responsibilities:

• Present IPEG professionally and competently in all situations, adhering to OTC's mission statement and core values
• Weekly PM Reports, scanning PM and Repair work orders
• Coordinating documents with vendors and off-site document storage facilities.
• Reconciling time sheets and tracking costs for on-site contractors, creating purchase requisitions, good receipts, and reconciling block invoices
• Ordering parts and assist planning with creating work packages
• The candidate must be extremely detail oriented; able to follow instructions, and comfortable working on a computer
• Must be familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Perform a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity, initiative, and latitude is expected.
• Must be able to work in a changing environment with some stressful moments.
• Good verbal and written skills are essential.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• Gather and provide information to management team
• Work cooperatively with other associates; be a Team player. Offer assistance when requested/required.
• Collect and distribute required service documentation (i.e., IOM)

Basic Qualifications:

• The position requires a high school diploma with at least 1-3 years of experience in the field, or in a related area.
• Excellent customer relation and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail oriented, including accurate data entry skills
• Capable of working independently, as well as a team member
• Interact with co-workers with a positive attitude to maintain a friendly and productive work environment
• A commitment to "doing it right the first time."

Additional Qualifications:

• Intermediate level in use of computer, including Microsoft programs including Excel. Experience in SAP a plus.
