A global steel trading company with 20 offices in the US, Canada and Mexico is seeking to add a Division Accounting Coordinator to staff in Nashville, TN.
The company offers a competitive salary plus bonus and great benefits, some which are company paid.
Advanced Excel proficiency required.
This position as a Division Sales Coordinator oversees, manages, and reconciles inventory levels at steel processor and warehouses, utilizing data from contracts, purchase orders, shipping and receiving documents, invoices, accounting reports and generated logs.
This position acts as the primary contact for customers regarding confirmation of firm orders and forecast requirements, track shipment to fulfill releases, support sales personnel in applying for credit limits, process orders to the supplier, contract entry and invoicing, troubleshoot any problems with the account, and monitor the account status of each customer.
