Want to lead a team of superheroes who fix everything from hot side cooking equipment to complex rack refrigeration systems? Join Smart Care as a District Manager and be responsible for hiring, managing, and developing associates to maximize productivity, profitability, and customer service delivery. As a leader, you will establish and execute specific plans for driving new sales, as well as coordinating the rollout and service of new chain accounts.

We're not just looking for someone who knows how to crunch numbers, but also someone who can retain and grow a team of technicians. As the primary focus of this role, you will work with a group of technicians and dispatchers to execute great service and communication to customers, and build a team environment that encourages high performance. You'll be responsible for driving customer retention too, by visiting key customers on a regular basis and executing new customer launches.

In this exciting role, you'll have full responsibility for P&L management, achieving targeted sales, productivity, utilization, and EBITA goals, and growing and retaining market share through management and delivery of premier customer service. You'll spend significant face-to-face time with customers, building relationships and driving customer retention.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience, 8-10 years of managerial/supervisory experience with 5 or more in a service-related industry, and previous P&L ownership and responsibility. A track record of success leading 15+ technicians, through understanding of call to cash process, and experience in foodservice or equipment repair industry will also be valuable.
