We are looking for individuals with an orientation and passion for the associate experience, and by extension, the experience of millions of customers.

The PI HR Strategic Programs team is focused on maintaining, evolving, and expanding the Launch experience. This role is focused on supporting PI Distribution associates as they complete activities that help them envision a meaningful career at Fidelity, chart their own career path, and get regular time in their day to gain skills, experience and relationships to help them advance.

As a member of the team you, will help ensure a great associate and leader experience by:

  • Preparing associates to select meaningful work that will help them explore career options and grow their skills on a career path
  • Ensuring leaders understand their role, have clear timelines, and can leverage resources Creating experiences, troubleshooting issues, and supporting participants throughout their time in Launch

  • Positive relationship builder, with confidence and experience interacting with individuals at various levels
  • Outstanding communicator, who can take a complex topic and present it in a way that makes it relatable and easy to understand
  • Passionate learner with a growth mindset, valuing different perspectives, problem-solving and active listening to ensure team effectiveness
  • Understanding of PI business, Distribution field, and/or Contact Center experience, a plus


The Purpose of Your role

As we prepare to expand to new audiences, you will evolve and expand the support model for the career-development component of Launch. A key part of the role is to develop and implement a strategy to assess the impact of the Career Development components across all participants, report results, and recommend adjustments. You will form key partnerships with the functional leads, organizational change, learning and development and other home office teams as you develop strategy, design, and implement solutions.

  • Ability to work autonomously, take the lead and own the outcome
  • Experience with SharePoint and MS Teams communities
  • Understanding of Agile principles and experience with Kanban board, a plus

  • Implementing a support model that ensures associates and leaders are ready and able to successfully participate and have a great experience
  • Looking across all participant groups to ensure consistency in the experience, defining processes to measure the effectiveness, and aligning with broader efforts to identify a need and implement new solutions
  • Building and maintaining practical measurement plans to assess the outcomes against goals and an innate curiosity to find ways to adjust activities to improve the overall associate/leader experience and business outcomes


We are looking for individuals with an orientation and passion for transforming the customer and associate experiences. This is a newly created role within the team that you have an opportunity to shape, therefore, you should be comfortable with some level of ambiguity and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

$85,000 - $150,000 per year

This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
