We are looking for a Director of Talent Development to assist in the overall vision and planning of our training. You’ll be working with the VP of Human Resources to ensure each ModWasher is trained to ModWash standards, and that talent is continually developed the ModWash way. As the Director of Talent Development, you will not only have the opportunity to impact the business, but also your community!

What you’ll do:

  • Provide professional expertise and support to the VP of Human Resources
  • Collect, analyze, and present data to assist with succession planning discussions
  • Participate in strategic planning for development of performance management and quality improvement policies
  • Develop effective relationships within the company and community to support identification of training opportunities
  • Work with VP of Human Resources and training team to ensure ModWashers are aligned with ModWash’s diversity and inclusion commitments
  • Develop and update current training strategies and courses
  • Keep updated training schedules for ModPrep, ModU, and Sales Training
  • Keep exceptional records for each new hire and current employees training needs

What you’ll need:

  • Proven success in leadership

Multi-Unit experience
This is an in office position and you will need to live or commute to Chattanooga daily.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 years of experience in human resources or training
  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • Car Wash experience preferred
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk may be required
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds if needed
  • Any other duties as assigned
