Project Manager of Rebuild Department:

Are you a skilled Restoration professional with a passion for helping others? If so, we want you!My client is a growing property damage restoration company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage our production operations. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction and mitigation services are delivered to the highest standards. You will work closely with our team of tradespeople and be involved in every aspect of the job, from setting budgets to managing the project to meet our profit expectations. With a direct reporting line to the owner, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and be a key player in our success.

We are looking for someone with experience in construction project management and a deep understanding of the trades. If you have a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction services to meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Work with homeowners, business owners, property managers who need reconstruction services to their property to due a loss or damage of.
  • Work with TPA’s, Insurance Adjusters, Public Adjusters
  • Estimate projects using Xactimate, Symbility
  • Input information in Dash CRM Program
  • Set job budgets and manage projects to meet profit level expectations.
  • Work closely with tradespeople and coordinate the various aspects of the job.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe.
  • Order materials for projects, set up subcontractors as needed, work with an inhouse carpentry team.
  • Communicate with clients to keep them informed of the progress of the job and to address any concerns they may have.
  • Prepare reports and updates for the owner and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor job costs, including materials and labor, and take action to address any issues that arise.
  • Resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during the project.
  • Mentor and support the growth of junior staff members.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures for greater efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop relationships with new prospective clients.

Requirements:

Must have 5 years of experience in the Restoration Industry

Must know Xactimate, Symbility, Dash, Xactanalysis,

Must have a Construction Supervisor License

Project Manager course training preferred

Must have a clean driver’s record and be able to pass a background check.

Work with Microsoft Office and Google software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
