Director of Operations-Maintenance
Location: Deer Park, Texas

Job Summary:
Responsible for Division performance and this role reports to the Senior Vice President.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage safety, quality, performance, P&L, and operational excellence for all nested maintenance and small capital sites in North America- Provide mentoring and leadership coaching to Operations and Site Managers and other key leaders within the division
- Ensure personnel adherence to HSE policies for safe and effective performance of maintenance and construction activities
- Collaborate and provide feedback to cross-functional teams within the organization, including Payroll, Finance, Quality, HSE, and Human Resources
- Develop new business opportunities, including lead generation, project negotiation, and contract closing
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and growing strategic relationships with existing partners and potential customers
- Responsible for review strategic plan initiatives with assigned accounts, ensuring alignment, provide coaching, and managing progress
- Train Operations and Project Managers on performing Maintenance Assessments
- Responsible for implementing Maintenance Technologies in North America
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Maintenance, Reliability, and Process Improvement.
- Manage all Bilfinger Maintenance Assessments that are completed in the US
Basic Qualifications:
Three or more years of experience in operations management or maintenance operations in industrial construction
- Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering field preferred
- CMRP certified preferred
- SAP experience is preferred
- Previous Experience within a similar senior roll
- Able to deal with customers and others at all levels
- Strong Leadership skills
