We are looking for a motivated Director of Operations for our growing team in Rhode Island! The Director of Operations responsibilities will be primarily be to expand our presence in Rhode Island by marketing all of our services to potential clients. Other duties include monitoring staffing procedures, sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and building client relationships. Must exhibit professionalism, strong organizational/communication skills, and be a self-starter.
Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
• Marketing and implementing unique marketing strategies in Rhode Island that will ensure continual growth with a focus solely on Nursing, Therapy, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Education, Hospitality, and COVID-19 testing
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
• Manage, train and evaluate a team of staffing coordinators and recruiters
• Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
• Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)

Skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Good team-management abilities
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
