Position: Nurse Practitioner Manager

Location: Dedham, MA (Suburb of Boston)

Status: Full-time

Job Information:

Duties:

• Providing clinical and operational oversight for two sites (Dedham and Roslindale)
• Providing leadership for a team of NP’s, RN’s and Administrative Support staff.
• Collaborating with Risk Management, Nursing Professional Development, and Wellness Committee to proactively maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure efficiency, compliance and productivity of the department.
• Collaborate with COP to manage and create department budget.
• Providing oversight of all Workers’ Compensation claims and working closely with our vendor to manage cases.
• Providing assessments and treatments to employees who become ill or injured at work
• Conducting return-to-work assessments to ensure fitness for duty exams
• Pre-placement examinations
• TB and immunizations. Follow up on exposures.
• Post exposure management of BBP

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner licensed in MA
• Knowledge of worker’s compensation, OSHA, ADA and DPH regulations
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred.
• Occupational health experience highly desired
• Computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
